Six time slots are offered over the course of the day:

10:30 AM – 11:15 AM
11:30 AM – 12:15 PM
12:30 PM – 1:15 PM
1:30 PM – 2:15 PM
2:30 PM – 3:15 PM
3:30 PM – 4:15 PM

Screen is available for an additional fee. Note that the screen does not come with a projector. Room does not contain a microphone.

We strongly suggest that speakers also purchase an Exhibitor Space and/or Ad in our program book so that your attendees can learn more about you.

Please provide a 40-60 word description plus a .jpg of your headshot or logo for use in promoting your class by August 28, 2026.

Screen cost may increase if added after August 28, 2026.
